We offer beginner level yoga classes on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:20-6:30 pm. The class focuses on relaxation techniques as well as stretching and strength building. Mondays are focused on yoga movements while Thursdays are exercise with weights for half and hour and then ample stretches of the whole body. The class is free of charge, you can take one or both classes. Beginners are welcome!
