Beginner’s Tai Chi Class.

Beginner’s Tai Chi Class Wednesday nights

Starting: Wednesday March 1st, 2023

Time: 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM, every Wednesday

Instructor Norman Liu
Fee: $10 per classes payable monthly at the class

About the teacher
Norman Liu has been practicing Tai Chi since the 1980s under Master Guo of Championship Martial Art Academy (CMAA), currently located at the Libertyville Sports Complex.  Liu competed for 1st and 2nd place titles in the late 1990s and early 2000s, served as a Tai Chi judge and is a certified Qi Gong instructor.

Norman will start with beginner movements in a group setting and help students individually to gain a basic foundation of the Tai Chi form.
