A beginner level yoga class will take place each week on Monday starting in March from 5:15-6:30 pm. The class focuses on relaxation techniques as well as stretching and strength building. If you are a beginner or new to yoga, you will benefit from Sara’s class. Sign up to be added to the weekly reminder list.
About the Instructor
Sara Tsang was first exposed to yoga in high school, but it was not until after graduate school that she would return to her mat in search of a deeper yoga practice.
After several years of Vinyasa yoga practice, Sara discovered Ashtanga yoga and was inspired by the strength and discipline of the practice.
Under the guidance of Daren Friesen, Sara completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Moksha Yoga Center in the fall of 2018. Sara’s Vinyasa classes incorporate poses with strong emphasis on alignment and safety.
In her free time, Sara enjoys running, spending time close to the ocean, and exploring new destinations around the world.
