Beginners Meditation Class (18 Sep 2010)

This class teaches the Chan method of seated, moving, and walking meditation. The instructor (Iris Wang) will also briefly introduce some Dharma (the teachings of Buddha) and explain why learning it is important to deepen ones practice. A delicious vegetarian meal is served around noon.

No experience is required before attending.
